Refund policy

Returns & Exchange:
Items are eligible for returns and exchange for 7 days after receiving your item. To start a return, you can contact us at yarebear57@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and additional exchange shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

Any items that are damaged during shipment, please send us pictures and detailed information of the defective item via our email with your order number. We will replace the order with no additional cost. 

All items, including B-grades items, are non-refundable except for defective or damaged items. 

Order Cancellations:
Cancellation can only be made before the items is shipped. Items are shipped within 1-2 days.
