Shipping policy

Shipping:
All items are shipped via USPS for Domestic and Fedex for International. For UK and EU customers, please order through my Etsy store. Customers are responsible for any custom or/and import fees for international orders.

Wrong/Change Address:
If you need to correct/change an address and the item has not been shipped out yet, please email us at yarebear57@gmail.com or fill out the contact form with your order number and corrected address.

If the order has already been shipped, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the items with the correct address. 

Lost/Missing Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages in the mail. Please contact us at our email if your package is lost and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
