Shipping policy

Shipping:
We currently only ship in the US only. International shipping is not available at this time. 

All items are shipped between 1-2 business days. All orders have a tracking number, except for stickers (tracking option is available in your checkout cart). For every purchases, we give 3 free mystery stickers. 

How we ship our items:

• Prints: Small prints are packaged in a transparent protected bad and shipped in a rigid cardboard flat mailer. Large prints are packaged the same and shipped in a flat 17"x12"x2" cardboard box. 
• Stickers: Small stickers are packaged in a regular mailing envelope with no tracking provided by default. Tracking option is available in your checkout cart and it will shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer. Sticker Sheets are packaged in a small rigid cardboard mailer with tracking. 
• Charms and Keychains: These items are packaged in a small bubble mailer. 
• Mixed Items: Depending on the size of the items, they are packaged in a cardboard box or bubble mail. 
  

Wrong/Change Address:
If you need to correct/change an address and the items has not been shipped out yet, please email us at yarebear57@gmail.com or fill out the contact form with your order number and corrected address.

If the order has already been shipped, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the items with the correct address. 

Lost/Missing Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages in the mail. Please contact us at our email if your package is lost and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
